How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within our voluntarily extended 60-day cancellation period.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

1. Register your return via the returns portal

You can easily register your return via our returns portal:

You have two options:

  • Directly via your customer account, if you have one
or
  • Via the returns portal using:
  • your order number and email address
or
  • your customer number

Once you have logged in, you will receive all further information regarding the return.

2. Pack the goods securely

  • Pack the goods securely for transport, ideally in the original packaging.
  • Make sure the goods are complete and well protected.

3. Arrange dispatch

  • Create a shipping label via a parcel service provider of your choice.
  • Take the parcel to a parcel collection point or a parcel shop of the chosen courier service.
  • Keep the tracking number for tracking purposes.

Returning items delivered by a freight forwarder

For bulky or heavy items delivered by a freight forwarder, you must organise the return yourself.
Please arrange this with a freight forwarder of your choice.

Important information

  • The goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition.
  • The voluntarily extended 60-day cancellation period applies without prejudice to your statutory rights.
  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within a few days via the original payment method.
