Below, you will find information regarding the accessibility of our online services.
We inform you about,

2) Services and Functions of this Website
This website is an online shop for the sale of goods.
Goods are defined here as physical items.
Products are presented to you here, which can be added to an electronic shopping cart and then ordered and paid for as a binding purchase.
This website has a header and a footer menu.
In the header menu, the goods we sell are listed by category and can be accessed individually from there.
Each product is described on its own detail page with further information about its essential characteristics, the scope of delivery, and the total price. From there, it can be added to the electronic shopping cart.
Furthermore, the electronic shopping cart can be accessed via the header menu as soon as you have added at least one product to it. From this cart, the electronic ordering process can be initiated and completed.
In the footer menu, you will find links to our legal notice with our contact information as well as information on the legal basis of our online services, shipping and payment options, and links to other helpful service pages.
3) Explanations on Using the Services and Functions
3.1 Virtual Buttons
This website can be operated via virtual buttons.
3.2 Home, Overview, and Detail Pages
On the home page, you will find a selection of offered products in the central page area. By interacting with a product presentation, you will reach the product detail page.
In the header menu, you can navigate between different product categories.
After selecting a category, you will be taken to an overview page displaying all products in that category.
By interacting with a product presentation on the overview page, you will again be taken to the product detail page.
The product detail pages contain, in addition to all essential information about the product and the total price, possibly a quantity selection element and a shopping cart button.
If available, you can set the desired order quantity via the quantity selection.
3.3 Electronic Shopping Cart
By pressing the shopping cart button, you add the product (in the selected quantity, if applicable) to the electronic shopping cart.
This cart can be accessed at any time via the header menu.
Here you can first review the added products. Using appropriate buttons, products can be removed again or, if applicable, changed in their order quantity.
3.4 Electronic Ordering Process
After reviewing, you can complete the electronic ordering process by interacting with the corresponding buttons.
You will first be asked to enter your contact details (at least name, email address, and delivery or billing address) via an input form.
Then, in the next step, you can select from the available delivery or service options.
Finally, you can choose one of the available payment methods, enter the necessary payment details, and complete the order.
The binding placement of the order only takes place when the corresponding button on the final order page is pressed. It is labelled with "Buy", "Buy now", "Order with obligation to pay", or another clear formulation.
Before pressing this order button, you can navigate back to previous steps at any time via the “Back” button of your browser and/or cancel the ordering process at any time.
If you choose to pay using an online payment method, you will be redirected from the final order page to the payment provider’s system to make the payment there.
4) Legal Requirements for Accessibility
This website, as an online shop, is classified as a “service in electronic commerce” and is characterised by an electronic ordering and payment option.
Special legal requirements for accessibility apply to it.
In general, this website must provide functions and procedures that are tailored to the needs of people with disabilities and enable operability with digital aids.
The online shop functions of this website must therefore be
- perceivable
- operable
- understandable, and
- robust
Perceivability means that the information and components of the online shop are presented in a way that is easily perceivable by all users.
Operability requires that the functions of the online shop can also be used by users with mobility or cognitive impairments.
Understandability requires that the information and functions of the online shop are logically structured, easily recognisable, and unambiguous.
Robustness finally requires that the contents and functions of the online shop can be used reliably and without restrictions, even when users employ digital aids.
If products for sale in the online shop are subject to specific accessibility requirements, information on their accessible use must be provided for such products – if available.
5) Available Aids for Accessible Use
This website meets accessibility requirements through the following measures:
- Cascading Style Sheets (CSS): A programming language is used that separates the presentation of page content in design, colour, and layout from its content structure. This enables digital aids to use their own visibility schemes to display page content.
- Sufficient spacing between characters: Characters are displayed with sufficient spacing to ensure readability.
- Compatibility with screen readers: The contents of the online shop are compatible with all common screen readers (screen reading aids) and can be read and processed by them.
- Responsive design (adaptation to different screen sizes): The contents, elements, and functions automatically adjust in dimensions to the size of the device screen used.
- High colour contrast: A strong contrast between character colours and backgrounds is preset to ensure optimal visibility of page elements.
