How can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible.

If you would like an item in a different size, colour or variant, please first register a return via our returns portal and then simply reorder the desired item via our online shop.

You can register:
- directly via your customer account,
or
- using your order number and email address,
or
- using your customer number


How returns work

1. Register your return online

Register your return conveniently via our returns portal.
Once you have registered, you will receive all further information regarding the process.


2. Pack the goods securely

- Pack the goods securely for transport, ideally in the original packaging
.- Ensure that the goods are complete and undamaged.


3. Arrange dispatch

- Create a shipping label via a parcel service provider of your choice
.- Take the parcel to a parcel station or a parcel shop of the chosen shipping service provider
.- Keep the tracking number for tracking purposes.


Returning items delivered by a freight forwarder

For bulky or heavy items delivered by a freight forwarder, you must organise the return yourself.
Please arrange this with a freight forwarder of your choice.


Important information

✅ Returns are possible within our voluntarily extended 60-day cancellation period.
✅ The goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition.
✅ Once the return has been received and checked, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few days via the original payment method.
✅ The customer bears the cost of the return.
