How do I get a refund for my returned item?
Once we have received and checked your return, the purchase amount will be refunded automatically via the original payment method you used to pay for your order.
Which payment method will be used for the refund?

- Bank transfer/prepayment: Refund to your bank account
- Purchase on account: Credit note or adjustment to the invoice total
