How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. This will include a tracking number, which you can use to check the current status of your delivery at any time.

How to track your order:

  1. Check your dispatch confirmation:
In the email containing the dispatch confirmation, you will find a link to the tracking page and the relevant tracking number.
  1. Use the tracking service:
Click on the link provided or enter the tracking number directly on the courier’s website.
  1. Check delivery status:
There you will see the current status of your delivery and the estimated delivery date.

I haven’t received a dispatch confirmation – what can I do?

If you haven’t received an email with a tracking number:

  • Check your spam folder.
  • If the email is not there, please contact our customer service via our contact form,email or WhatsApp so that we can resend the dispatch details to you.

What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery arrives?

Depending on the delivery provider, there are various options:

  • Your order will be delivered to a neighbour, to an agreed collection point or a pick-up station.
  • You will receive a notification card with which you can arrange a redelivery.
