How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. This will include a tracking number, which you can use to check the current status of your delivery at any time.

I haven’t received a dispatch confirmation – what can I do?
If you haven’t received an email with a tracking number:
- Check your spam folder.
- If the email is not there, please contact our customer service via our contact form,email or WhatsApp so that we can resend the dispatch details to you.
What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery arrives?
Depending on the delivery provider, there are various options:
- Your order will be delivered to a neighbour, to an agreed collection point or a pick-up station.
- You will receive a notification card with which you can arrange a redelivery.
