Benefits and application
This KINGS TIRE tyre + tube in size 4.10/3.50-6 is optimally matched to the requirements of wheelbarrows that are regularly moved with medium loads. Thanks to the 4PR construction, the tyre is resistant to punctures and load peaks such as those occurring when transporting bulk material, building materials or garden waste.
The V-6603 tread pattern ensures good grip on firm and slightly loose surfaces, such as construction sites, yards, storage areas or in the garden. The supplied tube with TR13 valve allows easy inflation and adjustment of the air pressure. With a maximum speed of 15 km/h, the set is ideal for hand-guided or slow-moving equipment in the transport and light industry sectors.
Explanation of technical terms
- TT (Tube Type): Tyre construction in which a separate tube is used inside the tyre.
- PR (Ply Rating): Indicator of the load capacity and stability of the tyre; 4PR stands for a reinforced version for higher loads.
- LI (Load Index): Numerical code indicating the maximum load capacity of the tyre. LI 44 corresponds here to a load capacity of 160 kg.
- SI (Speed Index): Letter code for the maximum permissible speed of the tyre. A3 stands for a maximum speed of 15 km/h.
- Rim size: Indicates the rim diameter on which the tyre is mounted, here 6 inch.
- Valve type TR13: Standard valve for tubes in the low-pressure range, suitable for many wheelbarrow and small tyre applications.
Frequently asked questions about this product
Age: Trailer tyres age more as a result of being left stationary than from the number of kilometres travelled. It is advisable to replace them after around six years, even if the tread is still in good condition; for trailers approved for 100 km/h, this is mandatory. The date of manufacture is shown as a DOT number on the sidewall: 3223 means the 32nd calendar week of 2023.
Load capacity (Load Index, LI): The number before the letter indicates the load capacity per tyre. The fitted tyre must meet at least the value stated in the vehicle documents — a higher value is permitted, but a lower one is not.

Speed index: The letter following the load index indicates the maximum permitted speed. An ‘L’ is required for a 100 km/h rating.

Winter tyres: There is no requirement for winter tyres on trailers, as the wheels are not driven. An M+S or Alpine symbol is not required.
Tyre pressure: Trailer tyres require significantly higher pressure than car tyres. The correct pressure is specified in the vehicle documents or on the sticker on the trailer. Insufficient pressure is the most common cause of tyre damage.
Tread depth: the legal minimum is 1.6 mm. You can also recognise old tyres by fine cracks in the sidewall and tread base.
Replacement: Tyres and complete wheels.
