I've forgotten the password for my customer account – what should I do?

You can easily reset your password:

• Enter the email address linked to your customer account.

2️⃣ Receive an email with a link:

• You will receive an automatic email containing a link to set a new password.
• Click on the link and follow the instructions to create your new password.
