Who will deliver my order?

🚚 The delivery provider depends on the type, volume and weight of the product.

📦 Parcel goods

• Parcels are delivered via DHL or DPD.
• You can usually select your preferred delivery provider yourself during the checkout process.
• In certain cases (e.g. bulky goods), the choice may be limited.

🚛 Freight goods

• Bulky or heavy goods are sent via a freight forwarder.
• The freight forwarder will contact you by telephone prior to delivery to discuss the arrangements.
• Delivery is usually ‘kerbside’, meaning the goods are delivered to the kerbside of your specified address.
