This set provides a solid basis for building an unbraked passenger car trailer with a permissible gross weight of up to 750 kg. It includes all essential components needed to build a functional trailer. The included parts are matched to each other and allow straightforward installation.

Scope of delivery:

• Trailer axle: Unbraked axle with a load capacity of 750 kg. Dimensions: A = 1000 mm, C = 1438 mm, bolt pattern 4x100, with low mounting bracket.
• Drawbar / towing tube: Round tube with a diameter of 70 mm and a length of 2.23 m, suitable for towing loads up to 750 kg.
• Clamp shell: Adapter for connecting a 60 mm square axle tube to a 70 mm round towing tube.
• Support bracket 70mm support bracket for round tubes, clamped connection from drawbar to trailer frame.
• Wheel bolts: Taper-seat bolts M12 x 1.5 with wrench size SW 19 for secure wheel fastening.
• Complete wheels: Two 145/80 R13 79N wheels on 4J x 13 rims with 4-hole mounting (bolt pattern 4x100 mm).
• Mudguards: Square plastic mudguards, dimensions 200 mm width / 770 mm length, suitable for the wheels listed.
• Jockey wheel bracket: Clamp for mounting a jockey wheel to a round drawbar with a 70 mm diameter.
• Clamp holder: Suitable for jockey wheels or supports with a 48 mm tube diameter.
• Jockey wheel: Car trailer jockey wheel nose wheel 48mm 150kg with thrust bearing.
• Wiring harness: 4 m long, 13-pin Aspöck trailer wiring harness for powering the rear lights.
• Rear lights: Two Aspöck Multipoint II multi-chamber lights - left (item no. 24-7000-007) and right with reversing light (item no. 24-7210-007).
• Type plate: Neutral type plate for individual labeling after construction.

This trailer kit set is ideal for technically skilled users who want to build their trailer themselves to their own requirements. It does not include any braked components and is therefore suitable exclusively for unbraked trailers up to 750 kg permissible gross weight.
