The special aluminium profile makes these ramps very slip-resistant and suitable for many purposes, such as loading excavators, machines, wheel loaders, cars, etc.
INFO
The inclination of the ramps must not exceed an inclination of 30%, which corresponds to 16.5° according to the Employer's Liability Insurance Association.
The correct length of the ramps is determined as follows:
Height difference(in meters) : 30 x 100 = minimum required ramp length

Frequently asked questions about this product
Our loading ramp calculator finds the right ramp for you in four steps: it determines the required ramp length from your loading edge height and the required load capacity from the vehicle weight and axle distance – and directly suggests suitable loading ramps from our range.
- Select your vehicle: mini excavator, tracked vehicle, wheel loader, forklift, car, motorcycle and more – including the type of undercarriage (rubber tracks, steel tracks or wheels). Steel tracks require specially designed ramps; the calculator takes this into account automatically.
- Enter the weight: what counts is the actual weight during loading – for excavators this includes the driver, attachments (bucket, hammer, grab) and fuel.
- Enter the axle distance: this determines how the weight is distributed on the ramps and what load capacity per pair is required.
- Measure the loading edge height: the calculator uses the height difference to determine the minimum ramp length.
Important: the ramp incline must not exceed 30% (approx. 16.5°) in accordance with occupational safety regulations. The minimum length is calculated as: height difference (m) : 30 × 100.
