The plastic airline fitting is a robust and functional component that has been specially developed for use with airline rails. It is suitable for rails with a hole diameter of 20 mm and provides a reliable fastening solution for securing loads.
The fitting has a tensile strength (LC) of 500 daN (approx. 1000 lbs) and withstands a breaking load of up to 900 daN, making it suitable for demanding applications. The integrated steel locking pin with return spring ensures secure locking and easy handling.
The trapezoidal eye, made of steel and with a diameter of about 5 mm, provides a stable anchorage, while the trapezoidal inner area measures about 30 mm, providing sufficient space for hooks or other fasteners. The underside of the plate has a diameter of 18.9 mm and ensures an even distribution of forces on the rail.
The locking body is made of robust, blue plastic, which ensures high durability and a long service life. Overall, this airline fitting offers an efficient and secure solution for securing loads, especially in transport and logistics applications.
