The braked Alko trailer axle type B1800-9 is designed for use with single and tandem axle trailers. It offers an axle load of 1800 kg for single-axle vehicles and 3500 kg in tandem operation. The axle belongs to the Plus model series and features hexagonal rubber suspension, which ensures smooth running and stability.
The support dimension (A) is 1100 mm and the contact dimension (C) is 1600 mm. The axle body has a profile of 110 mm and is hot-dip galvanised, which provides reliable corrosion protection.
The swing lever position is 25° and the swing lever length is 175 mm.
The proven Alko wheel brake type 2361 is used for the brake system. The wheel connection corresponds to the 5 x 112 mm bolt circle and is suitable for rims with an offset (ET) of 30 mm. The centre bore of the rim must be at least 63 mm.
The axle is equipped with low-maintenance compact bearings. A tandem abutment for brake cables is already welded on. The brake drums and wheel brakes are already completely pre-assembled, which makes installation easier.
